Manufacturing

All tubing is produced in a true inline/work cell environment that minimizes work-in-process problems common among most batch-type manufacturing. Raw materials are purchased in wide coils and slit to width. The tube production begins with roll forming, then laser welding, weld bead conditioning, inline induction or hydrogen bright annealing (when specified), final sizing OD stencil (if required), cut to length, deburring, polishing (when specified), and packaging for shipment.

Polishing

Polished tubing has become increasingly popular for visible exhaust components. Inline polishing is available ranging from 180-grit satin type to a high-luster super buff finish. All tubing is paper protected to ensure the ultimate surface condition during shipment and customer handling.

Quality/Testing

All Triround’ tubing is tested to ASTM and customer fabrication requirements by the operator of each work cell. Tubing is 100% eddy current tested, and destructive tests are performed at regular intervals. Incoming raw material is inspected and must conform to our rigid standards set for all our suppliers. Final dock audits are made to ensure consistent quality.

Product Delivery

Triround manufacturing capabilities allow us to accommodate shipment or pickup on a daily, weekly, or other customer-specified timetable. This reduces customer inventory, increases inventory turns, and reduces costs. A wide variety of transportation options are available
